Hanut Server
Cabinets have been designed especially for housing rack mountable
servers. However, the company does not guarantee “out of box”
compatibility with all rack mountable servers available in the market.
For rack mounting some servers in Hanut Server Cabinets special /
additional hardware and / or accessories might be required. These
special / additional hardware and accessories must be purchased
separately either from the server manufacturer or from the company.
The company does not guarantee "out of box" compatibility of Hanut
India server chassis with all motherboards and server building
components available in the market.

Limited Warranty
The company warrants its products to
be free from defects in materials and manufacturing/ workmanship for a
period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The company offers NO warranty on server chassis power supplies,
BigView kvm switches, BigView cat5 kvm extenders and GradView kvm over
IP products.
The company’s liability under this warranty is to repair, refund (the
purchase price of the defective item) or replace the Hanut products, at
its sole discretion.
Under no condition shall the company be liable for any consequential or
special damages for default of this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to company’s products that gets damaged by
accident, negligence or misapplication or had been altered / changed in
any way.
Warranty is null & VOID if internal wiring and / or electronic
meter[s] programming is altered or changed without prior approval from
Hulasi.
It is assumed that customer has installed proper safety / earthing,
surge protection and over current protection devices uptream and
downstream of the panel supplied by Hulasi. If proper earthing, surge
protection and over current protection devices are NOT installed then
company is not liable to repair / replace equipment damaged due to
surge and over current.
The company assumes no liability for damage caused to servers and/or
other IT hardware due to inappropriate installation, mishandling or any
other reason.
Surge protection device, panel meters, fans, electrical items like MCBs
etc. are excluded from the general product warranty. Only in case of
Dead on Arrival will Hulasi repair / replace these items.
Except as provided herein, the company makes no warranties, express or
implied.

Cancellation or
change in order specifications
The customer’s
request for change in order specifications or cancellation would only
be entertained, if it is made within 3 business days of placing an
order or before dispatch of the product - whichever is earlier

Force Majeure
We cannot meet
our delivery commitment in case of natural and manmade disasters like
earthquakes, floods, riots, strikes etc. |

Delivery
We require that
customers take delivery of their goods (order) within 3 days of first
intimation by the carrier (transporter) that the goods are ready for
delivery at the delivery address specified by them in their purchase
orders.
Failing which, customers will be liable to pay penalty charges to the
carrier (at rates specified by the carrier) and to company at the rate
of 1% of the value of the goods per 7 days beyond the first 3 days. |
